PROCESS OVERVIEW
- Download voice files to the FTP site.
- Downloaded voice files are then allocated to our Medical
Transcription Professionals.
- Medical Transcription Professionals then transcribes voice files into text files
using standard word processing software like MS Word, Corel Word Perfect or Open Office Org or of clients choice as per the
format or template provided by our client
- After transcribing, the files are sent for proofreading and editing
to our expert proofreaders.
- After rechecking we upload the text files on a mutually agreed server.
FEATURES OF PROCESS
Voice file is maintained on our servers for 15 days. Text is backed up and stored as per client’s instructions.
We undertake customized document templates. We follow the format specification as provided by the client.
We are equipped with world class transcription facility for voice conversion and transcription which Includes the multimedia
P-4 computers, with latest Software, MT Foot Pedals, High Speed Broadband Networks, Printers, Scanners, Medical Dictionaries,
Digital voice recognition systems, etc.
SECURITY CONCERNS
Proper security measures are taken for data transfer. The data is protected by passwords to ensure adherence to the latest
confidentiality rules (HIPPA).
Staff involved in transcription and proofreading are trained to keep confidentiality

records are kept in our database for sufficient time frame and are made available on demand. We are fully committed towards
the security and confidentiality of records. .
